Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Your Right to Cancel

  • You have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a return.
  • You then have 14 days to send items back.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To qualify:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom/personalised items
  • Digital products already downloaded
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings) unless faulty

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

Shipping costs may not be refunded unless:

  • The item was faulty
  • We made an error

4. Exchanges

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act.
